Equestrian Facilities in Corfu

The video presents the Equestrian Facilities area given the creation of an Equestrian Sports Club and/or professional horse farming activity within the framework of alternative forms of tourism activities.

This area contains the following:
1) A fenced plot of land measuring 2931.77sqm, suitably designed for the safe living and well-being of the horses,
2) Infrastructure (Stables or Boxes) for four horses and the possibility of expanding the capacity to ten horses,
3) Storage areas for animal feed and all required equipment,
4) A fenced training track 1,000sqm which is covered by 2 floodlights for night use,
5) Electricity supply facilities throughout the area,
6) Water supply and water intake facilities for horses (water supply and water intake network), including 2 stone wells with natural sources for water supply in the event of a water supply interruption to the existing central network; around the perimeter of the estate there are water intake stands for fire safety use,
7) 2 trailer caravans for legal use and exploitation based on the needs and specifications of the professional space,
8) Landscaped parking area,
9) Landscaped area with outdoor activities (BBQ, swings, basketball and various other outdoor games),
10) Full coverage and recording of the area by outdoor cameras,
11) 3 excellently trained, healthy, quiet, obedient horses registered in the Panhellenic equine system and full equipment for 6 horses and riders (6 helmets, 6 leather saddles, 6 bridles, 6 saddle pads, etc.) in very good condition.
