Villa Kerasia Ionion – Agios Stefanos

Villa Kerasia Ionion sits above Kerasia Beach, with wonderful scenic views of the surrounding hillside, down towards the sea. It’s 10 minute’ walk down to the seafront, and Agios Stefanos Village is only 5 minutes away by car. There’s a great taverna by Kerasia beach, as well as several more by the second beach and harbour in the village. This impressive house has glorious views from its large private pool and both levels, and includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and pool heating.

The dining terrace is level with the lower floor of the house, and overlooks the swimming pool below towards the boats coming and going across the open sea. The terrace extends around the side of the villa to the brick BBQ, with steps down to the pool level. There’s plenty of space to sunbathe and the grounds are surrounded by trees and olive groves for a good deal of privacy.

The spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen faces the sea, and is located on the lower level of the house. There are 2 large sets of sliding patio doors opening onto the dining terrace, comfortable seating around the flat screen TV and a table and chairs, with stairs leading back up to the ground level bedrooms.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private front-facing balcony. The remaining double and twin bedrooms have the best view of all, overlooking the dining terrace and pool to the open sea. These bedrooms share a separate bathroom. On the lower level is a twin bedroom and a separate WC.
